Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the global healthcare landscape, from clinical diagnostics and operations to workforce management and medical education. Yet, realizing its full potential requires strategic leadership that balances innovation with responsibility. This executive-level program equips academic and healthcare leaders to understand, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that advance institutional missions while upholding ethical, regulatory, and patient-care standards.

Over six interactive, expert-led sessions, participants will explore how to use AI effectively, understand trends in healthcare, identify opportunities, mitigate risks, establish governance, and, most importantly, be leaders in their institutions, driving positive change with AI.

Valuable Outcomes

  1. Align AI initiatives with institutional strategy, mission, and measurable performance goals across clinical, operational, and academic domains.
  2. Evaluate AI tools, vendors, and use cases using structured frameworks grounded in technological understanding and organizational fit.
  3. Mitigate ethical, regulatory, and operational risks by applying governance principles that ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance.
  4. Design sustainable AI governance models that define decision rights, oversight structures, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
  5. Lead organizational change by building AI literacy, fostering workforce readiness, and positioning their institutions for responsible innovation.
