Overview

This dynamic two-day executive certificate program equips professionals to create value from Generative AI while building the governance and risk management capabilities required to scale it responsibly.

On Day 1, participants focus on GenAI value creation and strategic prioritization, learning how to identify high-impact use cases, sequence initiatives, align stakeholders, and define the evolving roles of AI and human expertise. On Day 2, the program turns to governance and risk management, examining AI-specific risks, regulatory expectations, and modernized enterprise risk frameworks needed to oversee AI transformation effectively.
